Monthly bluegrass jamboree at the Pine Mountain Community Center at the southern tip of Blount County, about 45 minutes north of Birmingham, held since 2006. Jamming starts at 1 PM, open stage at 3 PM, the house band (Pine Mountain Bluegrass Band) plays at 5 PM and a featured band at 6 PM. The concession stand sells hot dogs and sandwiches from 4 to 7 PM, and June is the annual Bluegrass & BBQ fundraiser with a longer lineup starting at 11 AM. Free entry and parking. Runs April through October. No winter jams (November–March). Resumes April 24, 2027.
