Not a traditional jam circle: Hillbilly Night is Montreal's longest-running open mic (since 1966), a weekly country and bluegrass night where local players and singers take turns on stage, with regulars and a house crew backing them. Classic material only (older songs), with acoustic instruments. Line dancing, all ages, and newcomers are welcome. Free entry. Start times differ between listings (7–9 PM), so call the club to confirm. Free parking out back via Benny Crescent.
